DOO “Regionalni vodovod Crnogorsko primorje” Budva, as a wholly state-owned entity, operates in accordance with the Public Procurement Law.
DOO “Regionalni vodovod Crnogorsko primorje” Budva is fully staffed and qualified to execute public procurement procedures in compliance with the regulations of international financial institutions, including the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, and others. Additionally, during the previous period, the Company prepared and executed a substantial number of contracts for the procurement of goods, services, and the performance of works in accordance with FIDIC contracting principles.
Public procurement responsibilities are carried out by a Public Procurement Officer who possesses a license issued by the relevant state authority for public procurement policy. Additionally, the officer holds certificates from the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, authorizing the conduct of procurement procedures in compliance with the regulations of these international institutions.
In compliance with the Law, advertisements, tenders, and all documentation pertinent to the public procurement process are published on the Montenegrin Electronic Public Procurement Portal (CeJN).
Announcements and tender documentation for procurement procedures conducted in accordance with the rules of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development are published on the EBRD Procurement Portal (ECEPP).
